Andrew joined Oxford Commercial as the Director of Market Research in 2004. Responsibilities included analyzing the Austin commercial real estate market by completing quarterly surveys, tracking new & proposed developments, and acting as media liaison by informing the press on market conditions and analysis. Andrew's extensive knowledge and research of the Austin market could be seen every quarter in the Austin American Statesman, and occasionally in the Austin Business Journal and Commercial Property News (CPN) publications.

As a member of the Oxford Commercial Land Team, Andrew is focused on representing clients in the site selection and disposition of land including retail, office, industrial, medical, single-family, multi-family, and ranches. His unique ability is to maximize exposure for his client's properties through creative, detailed and well-executed marketing campaigns. Andrew's attention to detail ensures that every possible buyer has been exposed to his client's properties.
