PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Charlie began his commercial real estate career in Atlanta, Georgia in 1988 with Eubanks and Associates, marketing commercial parcels of land. Charlie joined Oxford Commercial in 1995 and became a share holder of the firm in 1999. He specializes in providing Tenant Representative consulting and site selection services to office and industrial users.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Prior to moving to Austin, Charlie was the President and Founder of The Phoenix Media Group, Ltd., in New Orleans, Louisiana. Publishing over 500,000 copies per year throughout the tourist market in New Orleans of the Passport Visitors Guide and Passport to the Republican Convention. Upon the sale of The Phoenix Media Group in 1994, Charlie re-entered the real estate business with a focus in tenant representation and site selection.
