PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Graham began his career in Washington, D.C. working in the political arena. Over a 3-year period, he worked as a lobbyist, a research and policy analyst for a presidential campaign, and a project manager for state affairs in the U.S. Senate.

In 1998, Graham returned to Texas to pursue his MBA. Upon graduation in May 2000, Graham began work with a local Internet startup where he was responsible for product marketing and product development.

In 2001, Graham joined Oxford Commercial as a member of the investment sales team. At Oxford, he has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, and industrial properties for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Miller Brewing Company, and State Farm Insurance. He has assisted clients with income property dispositions, corporate site selections, investment property acquisitions, and property redevelopments.

EDUCATION
Graham received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995. He graduated with High Honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Graham received his Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business in 2000.
