PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Harry joined Oxford Commercial in April 2005, bringing with him 15 years of retail real estate experience, the last five of which were with Trammell Crow Company. He oversees Oxford's retail division which includes project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and development.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Harry has negotiated over $150,000,000 worth of retail leases and has been involved in the development and/or redevelopment of over 2,000,000 sf of retail properties in his career. His most recent project was the acquisition, retenanting and the refinancing of the 110,000 sf Braker Lane Crossing Shopping Center in the Arboretum retail trade area of Austin. The property was purchased in July of 2006, retenanted by December 2006, and the refinance was closed in April of 2007.

EDUCATION
Harry is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics
