PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Joe Brockman joined Oxford Commercial in July 2008 as Vice President. As a member of the Oxford team, he specializes in representing both tenants and landlords in industrial and office real estate transactions. Joe, a native of Austin, spent more than four years as an associate for Cypressbrook Company, a commercial real estate firm in Houston, Texas, prior to joining Oxford. During his tenure at Cypressbrook, he was involved in both tenant and landlord representation and closed a significant number of office and industrial deals totaling more than 630,000 square feet.

Joe graduated from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas with a B.A. in International Relations

Joe is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and is a licensed salesperson in the State of Texas.
