Jeff Coddington has been in the commercial real estate industry in Austin, Texas and nationally for 25 years and has worked for Oxford Commercial in Austin since 1995. During his career, Jeff has been active in assessing, understanding, and executing on the real estate needs of investors, corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Jeff is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), authoring the 1995 - 2000 editions of "Market Profile" for Austin, and was a reviewer for the ULI National Real Estate Market Forecast in 1997 - 1999. Jeff also served on the faculty of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) International's "Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale". A multiple recipient of Oxford Commercial’s “President’s Award” and “Founder’s Cup,” Jeff was named in 2008 to the Cushman & Wakefield Global Non-Profits Practice Group.

Jeff double-majored in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Texas at Austin and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Austin Museum of Art and Ballet Austin.
