Mr. Fleming started his professional career in the real estate industry with Lincoln Property Company. He was with LPC for 10 years and managed several high rise projects in Dallas, New Orleans and Austin, in addition to suburban office and retail centers. He was directly responsible for all facets of the design and construction process. He later started Square One Consultants, which operated for ten years representing Owners.

Mr. Fleming joined Oxford Commercial in 2004 to provide project management service to the growing client list of Oxford. He has been involved in the overall project management industry since 1981. Total project value exceeds $3 billion and over 25,000,000 SF in construction and finish-out. All the projects Mr. Fleming has been involved with have come in under budget and on time. He has developed a streamlined proprietary process for review and coordination.
