Mark Greiner has over twenty-nine years of real estate brokerage experience in office leasing which has included both Landlord and Tenant Representation assignments.
With Oxford Commercial, Mark specializes in Landlord agency leasing and is able to draw from a wealth of transaction experience and marketing skills for the benefit of his clients. As part of a two man team, Mark is currently leasing two new LEED® Gold buildings at Four Points Centre. Four Points is a 333-acre master planned project, owned by Austin’s largest landlord, Thomas Properties Group. One of Mark’s recent assignments was the leasing of the 109 acre mixed-use development, The Terrace, in Southwest Austin. During his thirteen year tenure at The Terrace, he, along with his partners, Spencer Hayes and Denise Kindred leased approximately 750,000 square feet. The most notable transactions were Cirrus Logic for 192,000 square feet, Vinson & Elkins for 135,000 square feet and the Linebarger Law Firm for 50,000 square feet. Another one of Mark’s past successes was Riata Corporate Park (9 buildings-740,000 square feet) in northwest Austin. During the 18 month assignment Mark leased approximately 350,000 square feet as CarrAmerica's exclusive leasing agent. Prior to joining Colliers Oxford Commercial, Mark was with Grubb & Ellis for fourteen (14) years in Houston, Texas. Mark was a Senior Vice President and a Senior Marketing Consultant with Grubb & Ellis and was honored in 1990 and 1992 as a Top Twenty Producer for Grubb & Ellis nationally. In 1990, Mark also received the Commercial Property News' Top Twenty National Broker Award. One of Mark's major Houston agency leasing assignments was as exclusive agent for Exxon's real estate subsidiary Friendswood Development Company in leasing Greenspoint Plaza, a 2 million square foot mixed-use development in north Houston. During this 8-year assignment, Mark leased over 3 million square feet, which included a 410,000 square foot lease with Exxon and a 451,000 square foot build-to-suit to lease project for Anadarko Petroleum in 1992. In 1981 Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Austin Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). As a community volunteer, Mark is involved with the Meals on Wheels program and serves on the Board of Directors for The Storehouse, a Christian based food pantry. Mark is married and has three children.
