As a 15 year veteran of real estate development and brokerage Ryen has used his unique ability to structure creative solutions in which ultimately benefit the parties involved. He has exemplified this ability by getting out in front of current demand and locating strategic parcels to purchase. This attribute coupled with patience and good planning have allowed for numerous successful projects to date.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Ryen has developed over 1600 acres of land in addition to several retail projects in Texas. On the brokerage side he has also been a part of over $100 million worth of real estate sales.
