Tina began her career with Oxford Commercial in 1996 and has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience. Tina works directly with Mike Tipps and Bob Wynn, both partners and co-founders of Oxford Commercial as part of the R&D/Industrial Team. Tina is integrally involved in serving clients through the Peak Process, a client-focused program that produces exceptional results. She is responsible for the coordination, administration and execution of all client goals and activities.

Tina is also a co-creator and administrative manager of the following client programs: The Client Decision Matrix, The Strategic Marketing Plan, The Complete Market Overview, The Critical Path Timeline, The Total Team Program and The Creative Solution.

Tina also provides outstanding leadership for the company in the area of community involvement. She is currently the coordinator for Oxford's participation in the Meals on Wheels program locally. Tina is a member of Victory Christian Center and assists in the leadership for the Victory Cruisers, a bible fellowship group for motorcycle enthusiasts as well as coach for the VCC co-ed softball team. Tina has served as Assistant Director of Links for Life - Austin, a non-profit foundation to help abused children in Central Texas by helping to raise funds through dinners, auctions and golf tournaments. Tina has also been involved in the Del Valle Adopt-a-school reading program.
