Local Roots, Global Capabilities
In December of 1992, Oxford Commercial was formed when three of its principals acquired the Austin office of Cushman & Wakefield. They then merged with a successful Austin management, brokerage and development company, Oxford Group.
After operating for ten years as Colliers Oxford, a Colliers International affiliate, in 2007 the company became known as Oxford Commercial as they once again joined forces with Cushman & Wakefield – this time as an independently owned and operated member of the alliance program.
