Construction Management
Kevin Fleming's experience in the development of high rise, Class A, buildings has provided him with the knowledge base to forecast the issues that new tenants will be faced with during finish-out construction and move-in. We implement a plan that asks tough questions about cost, schedules and internal issues. Some firms have information technology specialists for audio/ visual and data centers, and for their security. We create a solid team with all involved to achieve a transition, free of complications.
The Construction Management team represents the client in an honest and fair manner. We handle issues with integrity and our responses are timely. We are careful to review all issues and will not make rash 'knee-jerk' decisions. We have a sense of urgency with respect to the Owner's needs, but do not succumb to outside pressures during critical situations. Making informed decisions is imperative to the success of the project.
It is a great advantage to have representation independent of ownership. Kevin Fleming will work as the liaison, to ensure the client is satisfied with the process and the end result. We get involved at the beginning of the project to be available to address the initial negotiations with the landlord, the design team and the clients' needs.
