PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

With 18 years of sales and management experience in Austin’s hi-tech field, she was responsible for well-known accounts including SBC/AT&T, Time Warner and Time Warner Cable, Comcast and Sony. Ms. Patterson brings a unique and valuable perspective to Austin’s commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Oxford Commercial, Ms. Patterson held Manager, Account Executive and Director of Sales positions for Dell, Oracle, Motive and Convergys. Her responsibilities included managing large sales teams and highly technical sales cycles in both domestic and international markets.

This background in the technology industry combined with commercial real estate brokerage experience has enabled Ms. Patterson to be a highly effective tenant advocate who understands first hand the issues and challenges her clients manage as they evaluate real estate with their overall company business initiatives. Her performance continuously yields results in innovative and sound transactions that are economically and functionally beneficial to her clients.

Ms. Patterson brings a track record of strong negotiation skills, an ability to manage complex sales and a reputation for maintaining long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. Her extensive experience at both start-ups and large multi-nationals allow Jamie to quickly understand and anticipate her clients’ real estate needs, drive the real estate process and secure the best economic solution.

EDUCATION

Jamie received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she graduated with honors.

Ms. Patterson has continued to give back to her community by being an active core team member and treasurer for the City Community Church and an active volunteer for The Lance Armstrong Foundation, Rise School of Austin, Mobile Loaves & Fishes and the triathlon and biking community of Austin.
