Jeff Coddington is a 26-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry both nationally and in Austin, and has worked with Oxford Commercial in Austin since 1995. He assesses, strategizes and executes on the complex commercial real estate needs of investors, corporations and non-profit organizations.

In addition to being named a “Power Broker” by CoStar Real Estate Information Services in 2010, Jeff has twice won the Austin Business Journal’s “Best Commercial Real Estate” awards and is a multiple recipient of Oxford Commercial’s President’s Award and Founder’s Cup, recognizing extraordinary service. In 2008, Jeff was named to the Cushman & Wakefield Global Non-Profits Practice Group, which aggregates experience, benchmarking and best-practices to ensure that clients receive leveraged and industry-specific real estate solutions. Jeff authored the 1995 – 2000 editions of Urban Land Institute’s “Market Profile” for Austin and was a reviewer for the ULI National Real Estate Market Forecast. Jeff also served on the faculty of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) International’s “Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale”. Jeff double-majored in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Texas at Austin and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ballet Austin.
