PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Joe joined Oxford Commercial in July 2008 as Vice President. As a member of the Oxford team, he specializes in representing both tenants and landlords in industrial and office real estate transactions. Joe is a native of Austin and has been in the commercial real estate business for seven years. Prior to joining Oxford, Joe spent more than four years as a commercial broker for a successful real estate firm in Houston, Texas. During his tenure in Houston, he was involved in both tenant and landlord representation and closed a significant number of office and industrial deals totaling more than 630,000 square feet.
