Kara Willis

Kara Willis is the Executive Assistant to Spencer Hayes, the Managing Partner/Co-Founder of Oxford Commercial and Supervisor of the Administrative Staff. She is involved in the daily operations for Oxford Commercial, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Tim Pfeiffer.

Kara joined Oxford Commercial in December 2010 bringing more than ten years of experience in Real Estate Client Services to our company. She began her Commercial Real Estate career with Trammell Crow Company in 2000 in Atlanta, GA, which became CB Richard Ellis as a result of a 2006 merger. While employed with CBRE, Kara held positions as Real Estate Services Coordinator, Client Services Team Lead and Transaction Accounting Team Lead. Her experience includes, Accounting and Executive Administration, Team Leading, Office/Department Management, Construction Management, Event Planning, Cash Management and Property Management. She has received recognition for her dedication, hard work and loyal years of service.
