PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Kevin Kimbrough began his real estate career as Director of Market Research for Oxford Commercial in 1999. His responsibilities included analyzing the Austin commercial real estate market by completing quarterly surveys, tracking new & proposed developments, and acting as media liaison by informing the press on market conditions and analysis.
Shifting to brokerage in 2000, Kevin’s experience in analyzing and tracking the rents and vacancies of local Austin office buildings equips him with an intimate knowledge of the marketplace, and provides him the refined ability to find and negotiate the best deals for his client’s needs. In 2004, Kevin became a shareholder of Oxford Commercial and has won the award for Most Transactions at Oxford Commercial in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Kevin currently leases exclusively over 1,710,000 square feet of class “A” office & office flex product in Austin & Round Rock. His client list includes:

Its Austin portfolio includes more than 2.8 million square feet of commercial space. As of September 2010, CommonWealth REIT owns $6.7 billion of office/industrial properties totaling approximately 67 million square feet.
