
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Reid began his career in finance as an equity research analyst in Hong Kong. He spent two years evaluating and trading Asian equities and assets before returning to the United States to work with Goldman Sachs in Boston, MA. With over $8 billion dollars under management, as part of Goldman Sachs Worldwide’s largest wealth management team, Reid worked on tax effective mixed asset strategies for individuals, businesses and foundations.
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Primary activites during his real estate careeer have focused on identification, acquisition and financing of undervalued assets. Components of these activities include market research, financial evaluation, modeling, and deal negotiaton.
Over the past five years, Reid has lead a team that executed on 500,000 sf of projects valued at more than $85,000,000. His most recent project was the acquisition, retenanting and refinancing of the 110,000 sf Braker Lane Crossing retail center in Austin, Texas.
