Professional Experience
Ryan focuses on Tenant Services for Oxford Commercial, and began his career with Dell Inc. in the high paced small and medium sales division. After becoming a top producer Ryan began his transition into Commercial Real Estate as Director of Market Research for Oxford Commercial in 2006. His responsibilities included analyzing the Austin commercial real estate market by completing quarterly surveys, tracking new & proposed developments, and acting as media liaison by informing the press on market conditions and analysis.
Shifting to brokerage in 2007, Ryan’s experience in analyzing and tracking the rents and vacancies of local Austin office buildings prepares him with an intimate knowledge of the marketplace, and provides him the refined ability to find and negotiate the best deals for his client’s needs.
Education
Ryan graduated from the University of Texas where he received a B.S. in Corporate Communications.
Affiliations
Ryan is a board member for the Coastal Conservation Association Austin Chapter and serves as one of the directors on the membership committee. Ryan also volunteers as a route volunteer for Meals on Wheels and coaches PONY league baseball for Western Hills Little League. Other professional organizations include membership to RECA (Real Estate Council of Austin), Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals and The University of Texas Alumni Association.
