Tim Laine is a Rosharon Native Texan who began his career here at Oxford in June 2011. He is also a former NCAA athlete that finished his career at St. Edward’s University. He is currently the research director here at Oxford. Tim is responsible for analyzing the Austin commercial real estate market by conducting quarterly reports and communicating findings related to absorption, new and proposed developments, vacancy changes and rental rate variances to the local media and Oxford brokerage team.
