PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Tim currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, where his responsibilities of managing the day-to-day operations include Finance/Accounting, IT, Legal, and HR. Tim originally joined Oxford as its Vice President of Finance.
Tim’s past experience includes both financial and operational turnarounds and strategic planning. As Vice President of Operations for a multinational commercial lighting company, Tim was instrumental in guiding the successful financial turnaround of a local manufacturing division. Tim held various marketing and financial positions while at The Coca-Cola Company. In the telecom arena, Tim was responsible for strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, as well as helping to manage two successful investor capital placements. Tim began his career working for PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining most of his experience in financial consulting.
EDUCATION & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Tim earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University and his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Southern Methodist University.
