PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Wes began his real estate career in 2007 with Heritage Title Co. as a Business Development Intern. During his time at Heritage, Wes focused on tracking multifamily sales in the greater Austin area and keeping the Business Development staff informed of local market news and trends. After a year learning the nuances of the Austin market at Heritage, Wes transitioned into brokerage with 512 Realty in Austin where he specialized in residential income and multifamily investment sales primarily in the UT and Central Austin submarkets. He quickly built a reputation as a trusted source for market information and assisted numerous private investors in the acquisition, disposition and/or repositioning of their multifamily assets.
In 2010, Wes joined Oxford Commercial as a member of the Capital Markets Group. At Oxford, he works with Jeff Coddington and Rhonda Toming on the strategic disposition of office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties in the greater Austin area.
Wes is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, where he serves on both the Transportation and Austin Policy Issues committees. He is also a Candidate for the CCIM designation.
EDUCATION
Wes received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. He graduated with Honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
