PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Will is an Associate Vice President at Oxford Commercial specializing in retail project leasing and retail tenant representation in Central and South Texas. Since joining Oxford Commercial in 2006, Will has been involved in the marketing and representation of over 1,000,000 sf of retail properties. He has worked on behalf of both institutional and independent retail landlords. Will has also worked extensively with both national and local retailers, assisting them with their expansion, site selection, market analysis and lease negotiations. Prior to joining Oxford Commercial, Will began his career at Index Companies, where he gained experience in real estate brokerage and the restaurant industry.
